The price to train at Krav Maga BC during the holidays has Gone Up!!

That's right, it's going to cost you a non-perishable food item at every class that you plan to attend during the holidays. We will make sure that it get's to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank after our "12 Days of Christmas" workout in West Van on Christmas Eve. Thanks for helping us support our community!

Krav Maga BC supports "November"

For the month of November, the members of Team Evolution BC will be growing manly moustaches in a bid to support the fight against Prostate Cancer. This cause is an especially personal one for us because co-owner Troy (KT) Straith lost his Dad (George Straith pictured above) to the disease.

Most of us will know someone, whether they are family, friend or acquaintance, that will be faced with this disease, so please help us raise funds to fight it.
